We are proud to announce our outstanding Stockton and Modesto Caregivers of the Month for April 2018. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication!!!
Caregiver of the Month – Nicholas C.
The Stockton/Modesto Office is so very proud to present Nicholas C. as our Caregiver of the Month for April. Nick started with us in January of 2014. He was quickly assigned to our higher level of care clients, utilizing his Hoyer lift skills. Nick’s passion for caregiving began while he was in High School and had the privilege of working with special education students. His dedication continued throughout his life and when his Grandmother needed care, Nick took a short leave of absence to be with her and to care for her. Once Nick was able to return, he once again showed his passion and dedication. He is so willing to help us out and, on several occasions, accepted shifts last minute and out of his area. Thank you, Nick, for all your hard work and dedication to ApexCare and to all the lives you touch with your caring ways. You truly make a difference and we are so fortunate to have you on our Team. We appreciate all you do.
Rookie of the Month – Creamie W.
The Stockton/Modesto office is very pleased to present Creamie Wheelock as our Rookie Caregiver of the Month for April. Creamie has an outgoing personality and a winning attitude that stood out from the beginning. Her enthusiasm is inspired, never hesitating to go above and beyond such as the time she baked a cake as a surprise for a client on his birthday. She continues to take on more and more responsibility and tackles it in stride. Creamie, you are not only a bright light in the lives of our clients but to the entire ApexCare team. We are thrilled to have you as a member of our staff!
Since then, I have had a strong interest in helping and supporting our senior community as they age and are unable to care for themselves.Coming from a family of physicians, I am excited to be involved in the medical community by providing the highest levels of non-clinical in-home care to our clients and their families. With my work experience, I firmly believe that ApexCare can touch many lives and have a great impact on our local senior community.
Prior to joining ApexCare, I worked in a wide variety of industries and have owned multiple businesses ranging from construction to mortgage banking.Outside of work, I am an active youth soccer and basketball coach, having coached recreational soccer for over 8 years and elementary school basketball for over 4 years.I graduated with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received a Masters of Management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. My career has been focused on building great organizations that deliver the highest absolute levels of service to our clients.I look forward to continuing this passion with ApexCare.
