Ingredients:
- 3-4 small cucumbers
- 1 t. salt
- 1 med. onion, thinly sliced into rings
- ½ c. sour cream
- 2 T. white vinegar
- 1 T. minced chives
- ½ t. dill seed
- ¼ t. pepper
- Pinch sugar
Directions:
- Peel cucumbers; slice paper-thin into a bowl. Sprinkle with salt; cover & refrigerat 3-4 hours.
- Rinse & drain cucumbers. Pat gently to press out excess liquid. In a large bowl, combine with onions; set aside. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, chives, dill see, pepper & sugar.
- Just before serving, toss dressing with cucumbers.
