Please join us for a community discussion about Alzheimer’s Disease to better prepare ourselves to serve those living with Alzheimer’s / Dementia and to empower, educate, and support family care partners.
The event will be held on Friday, September 27th from 2:00PM – 3:30PM at the Davis Senior Center located at 646 A Street in Davis, California.
